Диетические блюда
У мужа обнаружились проблеммы с печенью, буду благодарна за рецепты диетических блюд. А то ничего такого в голову не приходит.

Я думаю тут умесно будут супчики всякие варёные. Сейчас весна и как нельзя кстате будет зеленый борщ, мой муж его просто обожает. И витамины и диетический.
Плов можно, думаю. Мясо только не жарить, а тушить, или в рукаве запекать. конечно же не свинину. Каши, картоху... |

Мысль пришла по поводу запекания в рукаве. У меня бывает есть фарш на котлеты, а котлеты лень жарить. Так я его в рукав запихиваю, формирую в виде батона и в духовку минут на 40-50. Получается очень диетично, не жареное ведь.

И ещё, я бывает супчик варю с куриными фрикадельками. Рецепт фрикаделек примерно такой: фарш куриный - 300-400гр, яйцо, луковица, соль, перец, манка-2ст.л. В суп забрасываю прямо чайной ложкой минут за 5-10 до выключения.
Тоже диетично выходит. |
