Запеченный картофель с рыбой под майонезом
Ингредиенты: - 500 гр филе рыбы - 1 кг картофеля - 2-3 помидора - 100 гр сыра - майонез - соль, перец Приготовление: 1. Рыбу порезать небольшими кусочками, посолить, поперчить и оставить на 15-20 минут. 2. Картофель почистить и порезать тоненькими кружочками. 3. Помидоры порезать полукружочками. 4. Сыр натереть на терке. 5. В форму для запекания выложить половину картофеля, немного посолить и поперчить. 6. На картофель выложить рыбу. На рыбу выложить помидоры. На помидоры выложить оставшийся картофель, немного посолить и поперчить. 7. Картофель смазать майонезом. 8. Посыпать сыром и поставить в духовку. Не знаю делает такое кто-то или нет, но с появлением мульти и функции пароварки в ней, активно подсели на картошку на пару, в основном соломкой, как для жарки нарезаю. Иногда беру просто для фри замороженную.
Солю, перчу, добавляю сушеные укроп петрушку базилик. И очень вкусно получается, она как бы вареная, но вкусная как жареная, даже не знаю как объяснить, нужно попробовать. Мама когда попробовала приготовленную уже, не сразу мне поверила что это именно на пару сделано. Пока я на её глазах её еще раз не приготовила. Milashka, обязательно попробую, спасибо за совет.
А мне свекровь посоветовала перед жаркой картошку порезанную перетрусить мукой, перемешать и потом только жарить. Очень классно получается, мука дает вкусную корочку. |
